This was an odd set of tracks I came across this morning. Any ideas what it is? iPhone 5s shot.

I took a break today and went shooting with my big gun, 5D MKII. A place called Starved Rock where bald eagles gather. Here is a few shots.

Okay I may have cheated on this photo since I left my EOS M at home and only had my iPhone. So here is today's pic.

This one was shot on the way into work with my M. I did remove some distracting objects in Photoshop to get the final image. 39mm, f6.3, ISO 100.

Messing around with the EF Lens Adaptor for the M and my 100mm macro lens. 100mm, f2.8, ISO 640.

Here is a night shot during snow fall with a 580EX II flash attached to my little EOS M. 18mm, f5.6, ISO 400.

Snow!

It has been a pretty easy winter this year, so when I woke up to a light snowfall I knew it was a picture day. The snow was light and fluffy, sticking to even the smallest branches. I let my Canon do all the work, but then tweaked it in Aperture. Although they were not right in my backyard, it wasn't too hard to find a few unique places to shoot. One place I had used in the summer for a model shoot.
